La Seigneurie has the peaceful charm of small family estates. This 30 ha-vineyard of southerly exposure combines soils of gravel and clay and the barrel cellar is carved from the rock. It is planted with Chenin blanc, Cabernet Franc and Grolleau. Some white grapes are late harvested to make a Côteaux du Layon that is a pure delight. Of course the harvesting is done manually. Since then he has collected numerous awards and distinctions (Guide Hachette, Cuisibe et Vins de France...), reds are his personal passion. His un-oaked AOC Anjou has a vibrant garnet hue; The fruit is first, clean and persistent.
